Below summarises the basic services we offer to all our clients for an annual management fee.
We ensure that two sets of keys are available 24/7. The sets are not kept together or labelled with your address.
Should any issues occur with guests we are able to arrange replacements (for an additional fee).
Each property has a personalised ‘Guest Welcome Pack’ containing very important information.
Not only pertaining to the property specifics but also local emergency numbers.

An essential part of our service to ensure your property is safe and any issues are identified and dealt with promptly.
To ensure complete peace of mind for our clients we offer 24 hour call out for emergencies.
If you’ve had work done on the property that requires checking, we are notified of any issue by urbanisation security or particularly after storms/heavy rain.
We will then conduct an additional check.
Our office is located in the business port of Duquesa and we therefore get a lot of passing trade; we use this to our advantage and can offer both advertising online and in our office.
